Use our improved, interactive bird identifier to work out what bird you saw. Tell us a few details about the bird and we'll suggest what it could have been. It's quick, easy and fun!
Our bird identifier uses Javascript which is a standard feature of most web browsers. If you have disabled Javascript in your browser settings, you will need to re-enable it for the bird identifier to work. If you have not changed your browser settings, it should work fine. Try it and see.
You can also try our mobile bird identifier by visiting www.rspb.org.uk/mobile on your WAP phone.
